Kyodokan

Kyodokan literally means bridge road hall. The connotation of "Kyodokan" is hall to bridge the way". In other words, trying to build a bridge between our "art/dojo" and our community. The Kyodokan was started in 1999.

Defender: Step back left; block left horizontal; grab; step right medium forward stance (between legs of attacker); choke

Defender: Block right center from shoulder; step forward square stance; right horizontal elbow to brachial plexus

Defender: Upper X block; throw; heal kick to ribs
